Training Groups

Dublin Boyz Running Club:  We generally consist of a group of 6 to 14 guys with a wide range of racing speed talent  The group meets at Dublin Park in Madison on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and at Intergraph (small locker room next to the new gym) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 AM.  The pace:  we run as a group but frequently do pickups followed by re-grouping; we band together.  Each day of the week we do a different course (5 to 7 miles) with options for running short.  We call ourselves ‘The Dublin Boyz’ and you can usually see at least one of us at the local races (running, cycling, or triathlon).

Regarding facilities:  At Dublin there is no sign-in or charge required for the community locker rooms and showers for outdoor runners and lap swimming is available for a $3 fee.  At Intergraph, we have gracious access to a locker rooms and showers.
