Headphone wearers take
note! Headphones
are NOT allowed in HTC events. Anyone
caught violating this policy in HTC events will be DISQUALIFIED (no listing in results,
not eligible for awards, no refund of entry fees, prevention for
participation in other club events). Please click here for more info on this subject. This policy makes our events safer for
EVERYONE and also meets our liability insurance requirements. Even though the USATF has rescinded their
ban (although it is still in effect for championship races) our liability
insurance requires us to continue and enforce the ban. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience
but we are doing this to ensure the safety of ALL the runners and volunteers
in our events. We appreciate your
cooperation. |
