HTC Equipment Rental Information
Are you planning on putting on a
race and need some equipment? The HTC does rent out equipment to help local races
conduct their events. Equipment is
rented on a first come-first serve basis and is subject to availability due to
club events. If you would like to rent
equipment you will need to contact the VP of Races & Equipment, Eric Charette, to get on the schedule
(you may also find phone contact info here). All rental fees are due at the time you pick up the equipment and you are
liable for any damages to equipment.
Soon we plan to have a rental fee schedule posted here to help you in
planning your race budgets. If you wish
to have your event posted on our website please visit our Other Events page for the correct
format to submit your information.
