2 & 4 Mile Road Races & Half Mile Fun Run

The 2 mile starts at 2:00 PM, 4
mile starts at 2:30 PM, and the fun run at 2:35 PM
at Grissom High School, Bailey Cove Road, Huntsville, AL
Registration begins at 1 PM on race
day. You must register at least 15 minutes before the event you wish to
run.
Awards will follow the 4 mile race at approximately 3:30 PM.
Early
packet pick-up will be available at Fleet Feet Sports
Huntsville (2750 Carl T. Jones Drive) on Saturday, 13 February from 10AM
till 6PM.
Registration
for the race will also be available at early packet pick-up for $10.
Race Fees:
Pre-Registration: $6 (This covers entry for one or both races) Must be postmarked
by February 5, 2010
Late and Day of Race Registration: $10 (This covers entry for one or both
races)
No fee for the fun run but registration is required.
The first 300 registered runners
will receive a Winter Winds Race T-shirt
ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note: Due to liability insurance requirements the following
are not allowed during the race: strollers, baby joggers, skateboards,
bicycles, animals, roller blades, headphones, unauthorized vehicles, unentered
runners, etc. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Awards will
be presented to the top three runners in the following age divisions: (overall
male/female open and masters winners not eligible for age group awards).
No awards will be mailed.
2 Mile
Female:
0-8,9-12,13-15,16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Male:
0-8,9-12,13-15,16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
4 Mile
Female:
0-9,10-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Male:
0-9,10-14,15-19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59,
60-64,65-69,70-74, 75-79, and 80+.
Race Results:
Results
booklets will not be mailed. Anyone wanting a results printout should
contact the race director.
