The 8K race starts at 9:00 AM at
Huntsville Middle School at 817 Adams St. in Huntsville
Race day registration begins at
Race Fees:
Pre-Registration: $10 before April 1, $15 on Race Day
Since computerized results are generally used, please make an effort to
register before the day of the race.
Please note: As this is an RRCA sanctioned
race the following are not allowed during the race: strollers, baby
joggers, skateboards, bicycles, animals, roller blades, headphones,
unauthorized vehicles, unregistered runners, etc. Your cooperation is
greatly appreciated. This is for your safety and the safety of
the runners around you.
Course
Description:
This USATF certified course (AL-88004JD) makes two loops through the streets of
Old Town
The first 500 entrants of the 8K will receive
a shirt with their race packet.
Awards to overall male/female winners.
Male and Female: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24,
and all other 5-year age groups through 69.
Awards will also be given to the first three male and female runners 70
and over.
All finishers are eligible for the
post race drawings..
Race Results:
Results booklets will not be mailed. Anyone wanting a results printout
should contact the race director.
